IDFF 2008 will be held in Beijing, China from 17-18 April 2008*.

In preparation for the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the organizers of IDFF 2008 have invited digital forensic experts, world renowned investigators, computer forensic developers, researchers and manufacturers to provide instruction and presentations on digital forensic hardware and software products, computer forensic investigation methodologies, best practices and lessons learned.

In June 2007, IDFF established itself as the premier conference in China focused on digital, computer and mobile forensics. IDFF 2008 will be held in conjunction with the Asia Pacific China Police 2008 Exhibition (CIEPE 2008), which will be the definitive exhibition in China for 2008 concerning all police and law enforcement related technologies - including digital, computer and mobile forensics.

* Please Note: At the request of the government of the People's Republic of China, the IDFF 2008 conference is being postponed until after the Olympic Games. Please check back in a few weeks for the new conference dates.
