AccessData Corp. and Cyber Security Technologies Announce Joint Development Partnership for the Enterprise Market

InfoSec World Conference & Expo 2007, Orlando, FL, March 19, 2007 – AccessData Corporation and Cyber Security Technologies Corporation (CST) today announced a joint development partnership to combine the powers of CST's innovative live investigative technologies and AccessData’s industry leading digital forensics Ultimate ToolKitTM (UTKTM) to create new products and technologies for the enterprise market. CST’s technology combined with UTK will enable corporate digital forensic investigators to remotely, unobtrusively and in real-time investigate and collect evidence from "live" running computer systems under their control and seamlessly use the forensics examination powers of UTK to complete their analysis.

"The investigation of live, running systems has become an absolute necessity in order to facilitate thorough investigations to combat employee misconduct, loss of intellectual property, fraud, and any number of additional civil, criminal, and compliance exposures," said John Metil, President and CEO of CST. "Our ability to perform real-time remote capture of the system state, running processes, dynamic memory, and instantaneous activities of a perpetrator or suspect has significant implications."

As more and more investigators demand creative solutions to incident response, new applications that focus on solving the quick and timely retrieval of digital information is critical. “AccessData’s proven and powerful set of solutions allow investigators to read, acquire, decrypt, analyze, and report digital information with our UTK solution set. We’re excited about combining this powerful technology with solutions from CST to provide enterprise security professionals with industry leading solutions,” states Kent Millington, CEO of AccessData Corp.
